Progress

I started on the "Gratitude" quilt this weekend. I think I will make two of them and one will be for my SIL Christine. That will take care of two goals on my sidebar.

Today has not been such a quilty day. My DH had to take his truck into the shop to fix the door handle and so I have carless. I decided to ride my bike to the grocery to get the two ingredients I needed to make my boys oatmeal cookies. It is a beautiful day here in N. Texas. The temperature is in the mid 60's with the sun shining. Just perfect!

Now that I am looking at this block in the picture I notice that I put two identical rows in the block - gotta change that.

I want to get this top done before next Monday - that way I can take it down to Houston to show my quilting buddy. It will be a week of sew, sew, sew!
